The workshop is designed as a series of creative exercises which challenge the participants to reflect on their gender identities:
– what is the first experience that made you conscious you are a girl;
– describe a personal experience related to someone telling you: “Because you are a girl”;
– identify a moment when you felt discriminated because you are a girl;
– write a short monologue about a specific pressure put on your body;
– identify a precise moment when you felt a very powerful feeling of shame.
There will be many other exercises related to the topic.
